Then got bought by the city a few years later and made it accesible for the public. Little walk by the Bow River and end up taking this beautiful photo while the sun desappears behind the East side for Mt. Rundle. It was so pretty for the eyes with the green/blue river streaming down through the city with a good water current.
Added a minimal painting effect to the original photo transforming it into a main made painted banner.
I went with another effect to play with the sky. It was more of a windblast effect mixed with a bit of blurriness. didn't change much but brought a small contrast with sharpness of the bridge at the front.
The details in the water demonstrate the activity going on at the same time. Just capturing the moment while enjoying a delightful sunset.
Decided to print this art piece on a canvas banner that got stretched on a wooden frame with as dimension of roughly 14" x 12".
