Lighthouse on the Wild Pacific Trail

During a roadtrip to on Vancouver Island I manage to stop at a beautiful scenic light house in Ucluelet roughly 30 minutes south of Tofino, just in time for the golden hours. Right at the end of the road of the peninsula, where you can hike a section of the Wild Pacific Trail was this light house.

The sunset was so vibrant that even by touching the color saturation of the photo is barely give justice to the actual view I got.

The sky was boasting very nice pastel colors with the pink, blue, yellow and orange and closer to the sun the colors were a bit more vibrant. It really gave us an amazing sunset where you can colors as far as you can see at the horizon.

Sometimes you have building, mountains, forest or anything that can hide some colors at the horizon. It wasn't the case for this time and I will remember this sunset for a long long time that's for sure.

To give the art piece a little bit more creativeness I added a small touch of color saturation and a little painting effect in some section.

The sky was also retouch with a semi transparent grainy texture.

The art piece was printed on a regular satin photo paper and was assemble in a small wooden frame with the inside dimension of 12" x 10". The gold and the dark brown paint creates a very cool contrast with the photo and looks amazing on the wall.
